Imagine Fashion aims to dispatch retail orders within 24 to 48 hours. This is separate from the carrier delivery estimate and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, sale periods, stock availability or carrier delays.

Australian orders are generally shipped in Australia Post satchels. If an order does not fit safely in a satchel, we may use an Australia Post box or suitable alternative packaging.

International orders are generally shipped in Australia Post International satchels or DHL packaging, depending on the service selected. If your order cannot fit safely, alternative packaging may be used.

If you believe your parcel was delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can raise this with the courier.

If Authority to Leave is selected at checkout, or your address is set as Authority to Leave by default, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place without a signature.

If an address error is identified before dispatch, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, redirection will depend on the carrier. If the parcel is returned to Imagine Fashion due to an incorrect address, re-delivery costs may apply.

Eligible online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is free for size exchanges and store credits within Australia. If you choose a Standard Refund, a $9.95 return label fee is deducted from your refund.

Items discounted marked with final sale cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
